• Vehicle Information: Make, model, year, horsepower, build notes, and vehicle photos you choose to upload.
• Location Data: Precise location when you are actively using the app, used to display nearby drivers and enable proximity features.
• Usage Data: Swipe decisions, match history, and messaging activity within the platform.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and provide the core features of LINEUP, including matching, messaging, and GPS presence.
• To display your profile and vehicle information to other users of the platform.
• To send push notifications about matches, messages, and nearby drivers.
• To enforce our Terms of Use and respond to reports of abuse.

4. Location Data

Location data is collected only while the app is in active use. We do not collect location data in the background. You may disable location sharing at any time by enabling Ghost Mode within the app. When Ghost Mode is active, your location is not visible to other users and is not stored on our servers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers. Your information may be shared with the following service providers solely to operate the platform:

• Cloud infrastructure and database hosting providers.
• Media storage providers for uploaded photos.
• Authentication providers (Apple Sign In).

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon requesting deletion, your account will be deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days. You may recover your account during this period by signing back in.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure token-based authentication, and access controls on our infrastructure.

8. Children

LINEUP is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
