By accessing or using LINEUP ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to create an account and use LINEUP. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LINEUP to:

• Promote, organize, or encourage street racing, reckless driving, or any illegal activity.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Upload content that is illegal, explicit, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Attempt to access another user's account or private data.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to LINEUP, including photos, vehicle information, and messages. By uploading content, you grant LINEUP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Location Features

LINEUP provides optional real-time location sharing to help you connect with nearby drivers. Location features require your explicit consent and can be disabled at any time through Ghost Mode. LINEUP is not responsible for any interactions, meetings, or events that occur between users outside of the App.

7. Safety Disclaimer

LINEUP is a social platform for automotive enthusiasts. The App does not promote, endorse, or condone street racing, reckless driving, or any violation of traffic laws. Users are solely responsible for their conduct and must obey all applicable laws at all times.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to the platform. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

LINEUP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LINEUP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of LINEUP following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
