Terms of Use

By accessing or using LINEUP, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

LINEUP is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. By using LINEUP, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you can enter into these terms.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, profile, vehicles, messages, and activity. Keep your login information secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You retain ownership of content you add to LINEUP, including profile information, photos, vehicle details, build notes, and messages. You grant LNUP LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote LINEUP.

You must have the rights needed to upload or share any content you provide. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, explicit, defamatory, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights.

LINEUP includes live map, nearby driver, Ghost Mode, Privacy Zone, and optional Background Live features. These tools are for social discovery and meetup coordination only.

LINEUP does not promote, organize, endorse, or condone street racing, reckless driving, trespassing, impaired driving, or any violation of traffic laws. You are solely responsible for obeying all laws, driving safely, meeting people responsibly, and using good judgment.

LINEUP+ is an optional auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store. LINEUP+ may include benefits such as unlimited garage vehicles, unlimited Privacy Zones, and an ad-free LINEUP experience.

Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods are managed by Apple through your Apple ID. Unless canceled through your Apple ID subscription settings, subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected plan. Any introductory offer, including a free first month on the yearly plan, is subject to App Store terms and eligibility.

You agree not to use LINEUP to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or intimidate others.
• Promote illegal driving, racing, violence, or unsafe conduct.
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your identity.
• Scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or interfere with LINEUP.
• Attempt to access another account, private data, or systems.
• Upload malware, spam, deceptive content, or unlawful material.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated or if action is needed to protect users, the public, LNUP LLC, or LINEUP. You may delete your account from the app settings.

LINEUP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available, or that user content and location information will always be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LNUP LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, or user conduct arising from use of LINEUP.

We may update these terms as LINEUP changes. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
